There has been a change to the way that the call industry is charging for calls.

The telecoms industry is now enforcing the call configuration rules for calls to UK numbers.

In future, there will be origin based charging to surcharge internationally originated calls to UK numbers or calls to UK numbers that have missing or malformed CLI’s.

Malformed calls may now face substantial surcharges, so it is important that you configure your calls correctly.
